I heard this track on the radio recently and I was like
:memnoch2:

Tom Petty's Greatest Hits was one of those CDs which I kept playing over and over and over again until I couldn't listen to it anymore. Wildflowers was the same. MOAR!!

here is a picture of tom petty playing HIMSELF in the 1997 post apocalypse movie "The Postman"

I have a lot of respect for Tom Petty.  He's managed to carve out a pretty good career for himself despite the changing trends around him.  The mainstream rock scene has shifted a lot since the 80s, and aside from a little dabbling in the 80s new wave scene, he seems like he's been able to do rock and roll his way and stay at least somewhat relevant.

I loved the song "Last DJ", or whatever it was called from his last album.  A pretty good take on the current state of rock and roll radio.
