LMNO: I appealed the classification as a social networking site, and 23ae is now classified as a "personal site or blog" - hopefully those are accessible from your workplace. It should take 24-72 hours to update, let me know if you can get through tomorrow.
Sadly, "blogs and personal sites" is also blocked.
Don't worry about it -- I can always access it on my phone or at home.
