so as a diversion, I'm an editor on urbandictionary (anybody can sign up, btw). As an editor, when you log in, you can determine whether submitted words are legit or should be nix'd.
90% of the things that have to be nixed are personal names
ie somebody submits the word Jake Smalls with the meaning "A total fag". You can submit the name "Jake" or "Smalls", but not a specific persons name, unless its a celebrity.
it's funny because probably 40% of the full names submitted also include these horror stories about the person in question.
