Man, I missed my calling.
I wish I smart enough to copy 19th century Indian Club regimes, http://ejmas.com/pt/ptart_dick_0101.htm, and then package them with really cool looking 'blades' and then market them as both a fitness program and a meditative practice.
Those look nifty (I study Kali-Escrima). Probably better for my arms than the dumb weights I've been using.
I guess if you want to pay 170usd for very light blade like weights.
Or you could get wooden or polyurethane clubs for way less. http://www.revolutionclubs.net/ http://indianclubs.com/products.html https://rmaxinternational.3dcartstores.com/Clubbells_c_8.html
And look some 19th century manuals for indian clubs or meels, for free. http://ejmas.com/pt/ptart_dick_0101.htm http://www.semlyen.net/cosmosjugglers/lib/contents.htm http://ejmas.com/pt/ptart_lewis_1101.htm http://www.sandowplus.co.uk/Competition/Kehoe/kehoe-intro.htm
Now, that I won't be doing PT with my Platoon fo the next 3 months I will going back to using indian clubs for my upper body training.
yeah, I was mainly referring to the "Indian clubs" in your 2nd link.
A friend of mine made some brass "Jogging weights" that could also be used as brass knuckles.

That is a big freaking club.
I used to exercise like that with my heavy sca-gear. Only difference is, I was working out with sword/board.
This is really cool.
