Happy birthday, Doktor!
Happy birthday!
Don't worry, even I feel old already. Even if we lived 1,000 years it wouldn't be enough.
Some people age well. Doktor Princess is those people.
Me, chances are at 25 my hair will fall out and I'll start watching 'the price is right'.
Anyway, happy birthday! I got you a depressing post about my fading youth. Do you like it?

I dunno man, if you age that badly, it might be too much effort for that much hair to fall out.
I would bet instead on your hair weighing your head down so much it will just break the neck when you try to move your head too fast. Your frail, brittle, ancient neck.
My stars and garters. Wretched youth!
Side note: Payne~~~ Accidentally the whole Carmina Burana...
All your bodies are going to decay, stop working, have bits fall off and hideously deform, and then, if you're lucky, you will die. And the living will envy the dead.

Mine won't. I'm going to have some wicked cool stigmata for my friends to stick their fingers into, soon as you bastards get round to crucifying me.
Aging well?
Dude, people think I'm anywhere from 5-10 years older than I really am when I don't dye my hair. Hereditary early grey runs on the Irish side of the family, and my sister and I both suffer from it. Fortunately for her, she still looks like a 17 year old...but I'm waiting...oh yes...when the day comes and she finally succumbs to the Italian side like I did and wakes up a size 16 on her 27th birthday like I did...
Happy Birffday, Suu...I'd love to be 28 again...and now the obligatory "I feel old" comment. I totally feel you on the Eye-tal-yan side, too, as that's the grandmother I took after as well. *sigh*
Well hopefully your third decade has been a good one, but so far i've seen no evidence that the fourth decade can't beat the living socks off it.
it would be a shame for a lovely lady to become nostalgic at this point of the game!
I was talking about this to a friend of mine...You know, when you're 16, all you want to be is in your 20s, and it takes FOREVER to get there.
Goddamn, I swear I turned 21 yesterday. WTF? Anyone know where that time went?
I've recently come to the conclusion that routine is the killer of time....

Agreed.
Also, as I got in my birthday suit to take my birthday shower, a pipe decided to break and leak all over my downstairs neighbor's apartment. :(
I just can't get a break in this place lately!
Happy Birthday Suu!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my late 20's early 30's. You're past most of the high school bullshit and you haven't gotten into the OMG I have to be doing something because I'm this old now panic.
Enjoy the next few years to the fullest.

I get that all of the time. Not a great feeling. I'll have to pay more attention to my 30s.
Happy Birthday!
Happy birthday too. Don't let 28 wig you out, it's pretty cool.
Happy Birthday. I don't remember my 20's, but they say the mind is the second thing to go. Now, if I could only remember what the first thing was......

OH, CRY ME A FUCKING RIVER.
In two months I'll be 42. That shit was supposed to happen to other people.
yeah, but you're lookin' good and having fun, Dok!
42 should be awesome, no?

Yeah, but your shit breaks down. I think my spleen is on strike, and even my various and disgusting STDs have headed off for greener pastures.
bah! you're still ambulatory and armed with horror!
If thy spleen offends thee, cut it out! and your std's abandoning you simply makes room for new socially transmissible friends, no?
I keep forgetting you're a decade younger than I am.
When I remember, it makes me sad.
Not your fault, though: Hope you had a kickass birthday.
Belated happy birthday! If you start to freak out about getting older, remember high school as honestly as possible. That always makes me feel better about aging.
Oh FUCK high school.
Alphapance: It's because everyone thinks I'm 35.
Cheers

Brief though our meeting was, I figured you to be about my age, and turns out I was correct.
