Peleus did what he did specifically to run you off, because he hates anyone that can create anything. It's formulaic with him, he's tried it on most people that write things around here, or draw, or anything else. He's a critic, which is defined as "Someone who can't do anything, and is here to let you know that nobody else can, either."

As for Trip and Risus, well, Trip seemed to be trying to be "fair" because big meanies were picking on Peleus just because he was being a dick (I prefer that explanation over the idea that he knew he'd be hurtful), and Risus - I hope - spoke without thinking and then couldn't get his inner monkey to let it go. I don't believe either one of them set out to hound you, though having read their posts, that's how I would have taken it, too.
So, yeah, you got angry and stomped off. I can't say I blame you. But you don't seem the type to run from adversity, and I am waiting for you to come back and lay a smackdown on the persons responsible. I have your back, and so does Khara...And so do a lot of other people, if this board is anything like it ought to be.

Trip not only came after me in this thread he insulted my intelligence in the HAW! thread when he threw his little bitch fit. So I have no use for him.
Risus seems to be consumed with hive mind, and jumped on the pile, utterly not worth my time. So I have no use for him.
Peleus is a comical idiot, saying that I broke ranks, OMFG!!! CHARLEY DOESN'T HAVE HIVE MIND!!! Then I get jumped for responding with one-liners when every person on this board does it. So I have no use for him.
Cain decided that in spite of the issues I am having, and what I am going through, that he would shit on my apology. So I have no use for him.

I have been sober 5 days now. The withdrawal pains from the Lexapro are wearing. I am having different side effects from the Savella.
I will continue to lurk, occasionally post, if I can manage more that a deadly one liner, or on something that I have researched for 6 months to satisfy Trip. Otherwise I will be posting regularly at EB&G.

You kinda got me through the summer, in a sense. I've been too busy around the home to produce anything (or attemp to produce anything) of value, and it was good to be abe to pop on and see that someone was still doing something.
Honestly, I like Cain and Trip, and the three of you guys seem, to me, anyway, to be stand-up kinds of people. And I think it's in all of your capacaties to put this nonsense behind you all.
Risus, well, I don't know much about Risus, so I will refrain from commenting on his involvement.

As someone who's edging towards membership in the angry old man cabal myself (based more on attitude than chronology, but I digress), I'd be sorely upset if you bailed outta here for good. There are the people here, then there are the people here that I really like, and then there are the people here who I consider real friends, whether I've actually hung out with them IRL or just intend to sometime in the near future. You and I are definitely gonna grill some dead animals and shoot some things as soon as my schedule allows me to take another cross-country drive. You're a solid dude, old man, and your contributions here are valued by more people than just those who are vocal about it.
