The ease at which I get lost in any kind of metropolitan area is both amusing and depressing.
Phox approves of Sir Coyote's podcast.
Oh, and I had to make a special account just for you, since I don't want you fuckers to see my youtube activities. :p (Also phoenixofdiscordia was taken :argh!:)

I made a special account just for my podcasts. And it is so annoying that the name I want to use first always taken. :argh!:
I know, right? But i demand more podcasts! Also, if I had anything remotely close to a high quality camera I would make some too. I may make some audio ones, if I feel like it.

you can always PM me for directions. I know everything between Marysville and Renton like the back of my dick.
No guarantees I won't send you by some route that will involve some sort of naturally-occurring horrormirth, but you'll get where you need to go in the end.
ETA: Offer not valid in Factoria, Newport Hills, and parts of Redmond.

Next time I need to go somewhere out there I will. I think I need some horrormirth.
There's a bridge out in kent that's nice, its up the hill from downtown. Winco isn't that far (pinic supplies)

He does. I need to find a top hat of suitable dimension for him.

Are you still in the barracks?
Sir Reginald is quite a distinguished individual.
Heh. Cool to see you speak :) I didn't watch it in entirety, though. Now I don't make pod-casts myself, but IMO, the most important thing to do is editing. Which basically just means cutting out the boring bits. It also allows you to do several takes if you happen to stutter or whatever (not that I noticed). It's basically the difference between writing a post stream-of-consciousness style and the way you'd normally do it (rewriting the occasional bit, reviewing).
Aaanyway, whatever ignore me :-P
Question, what's that accent you got? I'm asking because to me it sounds like the utter most lack of any sort of English accent ever, not even vaguely British. Meaning, it sounds exactly like I'd expect English to sound like, spoken by someone who isn't from anywhere ;-)

I think Coyote is currently stationed in Washington State, with the US army.
Some of his previous posts indicate that he is likely originally from somewhere West of the Mississippi (asked me something like, 'so which tiny irregularly shaped East Coast state are you from?'), so yeah, English speaker from nowhere. :lulz:
You probably don't give a shit but I liked it.

If I get really into pod-casting type stuff I might some software for editing.
I am from Southern California, although I think I must have some kind of accent because people continuously mispronounce my name by changing the long 'u' with a short 'i' sound. And that accent isn't my normal speaking accent...I think. I don't sound like that to my self most of the time.
I'll be making one or two this weekend, when I don;t have to deal with my room mate talking or playing loud music or playing Call of Duty.

its only about an acre but something about it makes me want to perform black magic :lulz:
Coyote, you have the accent a lot of actors train for--the non-accent of American English. It's actually generalized in the linguistic community as just a Western-US/Coastal accent. I would have this accent more often if I didn't have midwestern/Southern grandparents. But this is the general accent of my whole family and my kids. If I enunciate clearly and am having a meta-experience with what I'm saying, then this is the accent that comes out. In casual speech, however, I tend to round things out in uber-diphthonguization.
Oh gods, I want to kill this Sir Coyote dude. HIS VOICE ANNOYS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lulz:

That accent sounds like an accent to me, because it's my accent and it always startles me when I hear myself recorded. You can tell it's a Northwest accent because it's draggy on the consonants.

But I'm from the southwest, and that the accent I've had since I was kid. Mostly. I think I slur some of my consonants more than I used to. But I don't even associated with native Norwesterners that much.
Coyote just bought a 5th of whiskey.

That doesn't sound even slightly like a California accent.

Well I was in speech therapy in first grade for 's' and 'th' sounds.
