This made me laugh. There's a little "Justice League Seattle" thing going on up there. I like Seattle.

Seattle rules. :lulz:
We already did this one, IIRC. Lies was telling us that he's the only hero in the world. He got sort of worked up about it.
Ohhh Lies is Lysergic.
I just thought he was new or something.
Has Australia even got any fictional Superheros?

They don't need any. Lies did some charity work once, which is infinitely superior.

Careful, you, or he'll charity work your ass right through a brick wall.

Just need an elevator shaft.
I also found a group of real life supervillains, which I think I mentioned in the other thread.
Just in case I didn't, here's the link.

Have always enjoyed reading about RLSH. They're funny to read about, especially given how seriously they take themselves. I only wish they would take the whole super heroing thing seriously and actually fight crime. Admittedly most of them would die off quickly, but the survivors would add a lot to the world's overall weirdness/wonder.
Also, is Lysergic still here? I don't think I've really seen him for a while.
The guy in the article has everything but batman's belt
O and probally the cape
Is that the Recidivist Order of Applicative Criminal Hermits? Or the other lot, the Revivalist Order of the Crooked Highway?

I saw this, and was going to leave it alone. But you said my name 3 times.
So now you will pay.

I am prepared to deliver payment, in the form of the rather loose stools which are afflicting me.
Hey, Lys. Didn't know you changed your username.
This thread is now all about me. :lulz:
So, does anyone else think that this RLSH thing might develop into something more?
Any one heard of Angle Grinder Man?

Depends on what you mean by "Something more", personally. But I've already said my thoughts on the matter, I'll leave it at this, I don't want another useless shit storm over nothing....

I mean some of these guys actually trying to fight crime, rather than do volunteer work in spandex.

Oh yeah, I'll admit, some of them do a good job, and I applaud their efforts, like Angle Grinder Man...
That said, even the guys who do work in spandex, I applaud, at least they are making the world a more interesting place, even if secretly, they're just making me laugh because of their outlandishness, but they're definitely good people doing good things...
It's the ones who think they are above the law... that I worry about.
Ok ok, I swear, I won't say anymore... I'll just leave it at that.

These are the ones who I'm wondering will appear. If we had actual fucking vigilantes, the world would be a more interesting place.

There's this guy called captain Australia, or Australia Man, or some shit like that. He is pretty great, he walks around the relatively safe and crime free suburbs of Northern Sydney, calling the cops when he sees trouble. :lulz:
I'm with BadBeast on this one.
Seagal has never done this:

When he punches through an undead super criminals face, then I'll be impressed.
Speaking of R.O.A.C.H., I went to highschool with one of them in Hawaii (Agent Beryllium), and I met another () when the PDXOcculture group was active a few years ago.

Cool! Was Doktor Nikolai a supervillain when you met him?
He didn't admit to it until after the group stopped meeting. I think he was (partially) trying to infiltrate us. :fnord:
A super villain tried to infiltrate you? That's...awesome. Even given the nature of Real Life Super Villainy.
Grant Morrison said it, years ago.

In an interview (I can't remember which one, but I think you could find it in the Internet), he said that in these years there would actually be a few superheroes (and that they'll be even more in the future). And he was right, even if his idea was a little more "supernatural" than this.
Well again, he's grant morrison.
