Title: The Annotated PD.com (with some revisions)
Post by: Doktor Howl on May 11, 2012, 12:46:04 AM
Sing a song of six Phoxes,
A bottle full of rye.
Four and twenty blackbirds,  <--- RACISM!  OMG!
Baked in a pie.
When the pie was opened,  <--- WHO THE FUCK OPENS A PIE?  NO.  YOU EAT IT.
The birds began to sing;     <--- Heat proof birds.
Wasn't that a dainty dish,
To set before the king?       <--- Elvis would have been polite, and said thank you.
The king was in his counting house,
Counting out his money;      <--- Lies.  Elvis never thought about money.  He was nice, but dumb.
The queen was in the parlour,  <--- HOMOPHOBIA!
Eating bread and honey.       <---  DIABETES!
The maid was in the garden,  <---  Sexist roles enforced by the patriarchy!  UNNG!
Hanging out the clothes;
When down came a blackbird  <--- MORE RACISM!
And pecked off her nose.  <---  OH, YEAH, BECAUSE THE BIRD WAS BLACK, RIGHT?

East Coast Hustle met a pieman,
Going to the fair;              <---  A "fair" is something done in Maine.  It involves mud, flies, and giant produce.
    Says Hustle to the pieman,
Let me taste your ware.    <---  This wasn't actually a request.

    Says the pieman to Hustle,
Show me first your penny;    <---- Fucking capitalists!
    Says Hustle to the pieman,
Indeed I have not any.         <---- Truth.  ECH never carries anything smaller than a hundred dollar bill.

So he beat the mortal shit out of the pieman and took his ipod
And spent the next day erasing MCR songs.

Doktor Howl,
With quite the scowl,
How does your back hair grow? <--- "Back hair" is, in fact, NOT metaphorical.
With silver nitrate, <--- Prevents VD from spreading to other people
And Chloral hydrate <----- To make the inevitable engulfing that much easier.
And skeletal parades all in a row. <---- Again, not metaphorical.

LMNO come blow your flute, <----- There's an emote for that.
Dok's in the bathromm, too much vindaloo. <----- This does not this annotation at all, because you are alll experiencing the fallout of this now.
Where's the Lovecraftian Horror that looks after the PeopleTM?
Down in ol' Boston, drowning the Irish in molasses because they don't actually count. <--- This line actually rhymes in Welsh, and also if you say itwith a Southie accent.
