The Gay issue (and, hell, the race issue) won't be settled until the adjectives are dropped by reason of being irrelevant. You don't hear "left-handed astronaut dies at 61".

Sadly, true. Some idiot posted on FB how terrible it was that she couldn't live her life the way she wanted. My response was that she DID. Her family and close friends knew, and it was nobody else's business, and that IS the way she wanted it.
