I will admit, I imagined a leprechaun hat. I think it's awesome how many of the tactics of repubs and GOP is simply to "Stamp out" arguments by running over them while they speak, and he refused to be talked over.

I like the idea that somewhere, not very far away from me, there is a guy like this running a whole country. Half a dozen more like him and the world would be a significantly better place.

Sadly he doesn't run the country, he only represents it, but he does it really well. The Taoiseach runs the country, and not very well but better then the last Taoiseach.

I was over during the campaign and i remember faust saying he hoped higgins would win. Ill have to find out more about the guy. I remember my grandfather saying he would vote for mcguinness. If mcguinness were in this conversation the american guy likely wouldnt have understood his accent(mcguinness is from northern ireland)
