My son turned 20 years old today, out in Death Valley on ITX.
:) and  and :horrormirth:
Happy birthday to your son! I hope he enjoys his day. :)
It's a shame he has to spend it training though.

IIRC, I spent my 20th birthday in a swamp in upstate NY. :lulz:
It's sort of a family tradition.

I spent my 20th in Fort Benning. I wasn't in the army though. I went there of my own volition. Did I mention I used to be a huge idiot?
For comparison:

Wow, the three of you look so much alike! You can definitely see you and your father in your son. :)
Happy Birthday Ian and congrats, Dok. :)
That's some strong genes, you guys look REALLY similar.
My daughter's 20. I just look at it like she'll be 21 next year and we can have a night out, all legal and everything.
Awww I'm trippin on that cute little baby Roger!

That's just weird.
Oh, mortality, how you creep and creep!
I'm not sure what it is, but Ian reminds me of a youthful-looking HP Lovecraft. Maybe it's just me.
Good looking family. :)

You should have seen me in my mid-teens. I positively radiated angst.
YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO, OLD MAN!

:argh!:
Honestly?
I like being old a lot more than I liked being young...I'm more comfortable with myself.
Result of a lot of therapy, but, hey, I'll take it.

I'm 99.9% convinced that your 20s are supposed to suck dick. So far my 30s are AWESOME.

Thread that was formerly about Roger tripping on having an adult son is now... like every other thread... about Hylie.

I don't think I'll ever bother posting about anything but you ever again.
BECAUSE EVERY THREAD IS ABOUT YOU. Not about my son, which was the point of all this, but ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FUCKING PROBLEMS.
Thank you ever so much.
