It would be interesting if it works.
His cv looks legit and it seems that hes a respected member of the medical community. However he does also think that chronic fatigue syndrome is the result of antibiotics killing off your mitochondria.

Well on the bright side this is an experiment that can be replicated at home it seems. Though earth is a noisy planet and im not sure how the rest of the worlds water isnt treated with radiowaves.

After doing some poking around he has not published any papers on this. Matter of fact he hasnt published anything since 1990. Im thinking hes entered either crackpot or swindler land.
