My Hate is a truck. One of those big ore-hauler things, the kind that have the cab on the wrong side, and run over pickup trucks when dumbshits forget to drive on the left at the mines. And it's growing. My hate is a mansion with many rooms...Sort of like God, only I can't do all the cool shit he/she could do, if he/she could be BOTHERED to send a proper smiting around.
Yes, it grows. It has pretty much grown to include everyone I don't interact with, and many of the people that DO interact with me. Stupid fucking humans. Give them a republic, they shut the fucking thing down. Give them the interbutts, they treat it like television. I used to hate. Not so much, nowadays. Now my hate has been replaced with contempt. It's similar but without the blood pressure issues. It doesn't require effort and attention like hate does. Quite the opposite, to hate someone is to plan to set them on fire. To hold someone in complete contempt is to feel absolutely nothing when they set themselves on fire.
Humans are fucking idiotic things and they make a shitty mess of most everything they touch. However there are places they can't touch. Places they're too fucking dumb to get to. So that's where I go. No humans, no garbage, no politics, talk shows and other self indulgent bullshit. Just planet earth, the way it was before humanity came along and started fucking everything up.
I stare at humanity, from miles away, burning and screaming and dying and killing each other and it's nothing but a distant backdrop for my friday night. I gave up caring about this species years ago. I doubt if I'll miss it when it's gone. It's worthless, shallow, irrelevant and meaningless. It isn't worth my attention, let alone my hate.

Most of the islands off the west coast of scotland are uninhabited and, even the ones with people on have a better class of people. People who didn't grow up in a fucking rats nest with 50,000 other people all clambering over the top of them. I don't mind humans in small doses but when I'm surrounded by fucking legions of the bloody things I can't help thinking a cull would be nice.
