BIP 2013 is available for purchase at lulu.com (http://www.lulu.com/shop/search.ep?keyWords=BIP+2013&categoryId=100501)!
The free PDF will be posted a little later this weekend. The file I currently have is borked, and I'm just waiting on having it re-sent, then it will be posted on Scribd, and a link will be provided.
HOWEVER: Stupid-ass lulu won't allow me to not make a profit. That is, I cannot make any less than $1.36(ish) per copy. We need to figure out what happens with this money. I think it would be agreeable to all involved to just donate all profits to this forum, however, in order to do so, I would need to be in touch with whomever pays the bills so that we can figure out how we will get the money from one place to the other. This person is Faust, no?
Also, it must be said that, while the digital copy will be free, the damn thing looks really good in person (not to pat myself on the back or anything) and is worth a purchase, IMHO.
That person is Faust, yes.
And HOORAY! This is awesome. :D Great work, Cuddlefish. I'm excited for this.
Awesome!
And now, PD has two income streams!
(I give all CTC profits to the board)
Excellent! Glad to hear it!
PDF (note, currently I do not have the front or back covers up. I'll get to it).

It's a beauty!
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
That is indeed me, and if you require any space on the front page for publicity I'd be happy to help.
You don't have to donate to the site, but any donations are appreciated.

Dimo did all the hard work. We just spouted.
Looks fantastic.
Soooo... Been kinda thinking... Maybe do a 2nd edition of the original BIP, dimo style... maybe? It's too soon to start a whole new project, but the original BIP is short in comparison to 2013, and can be done pretty quickly...
Would further edits be allowed, or simply document as-is, a preserved moment in history?
Usually with most books subsequent editions allow for minor editing/revision as needed.

I suppose minor edits would be fine. However, I think it would be better to just add some material than change what's there. But, it's more your babby than mine, so, if I decided to do it, it would be entirely up to you.
