I need some new angry music to listen to at the gym. Any and all recommendations are welcome!
Refused, "The Shape of Punk to Come".
Angelspit are kind of limp and sucky for my taste. But this one time they got remixed by Combichrist I just happen to have a kayak video with 110% soundtrack (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjjysQB4Dzg) Tune makes me want to bite the head off a seal cub!
Refused is going on the list.
That tune is fantastic, p3nt! Going on the list, too.
Psyclon Nine.
You're welcome.
New Carcass and Old Carcass
Blue Stahli. Anti-You, ULTRAnumb and Takedown. Not angry per se, but they've got great tempo for working out to.
Pay Roger to yell for 30 minutes!
When you lift a van over your head you'll know it's working!

No need to continue the thread, really. :mittens:
That album is so freaking good.
It's surprisingly easy to forget them nowadays, but Pantera is pretty much the Michael Jordan of angry music, particularly Far Beyond Driven and Vulgar Display of Power.
Also,
Ministry - In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up (Live)
Prong - Cleansing
Rollins Band - Come In and Burn
Parkway Drive - Deep Blue
Sick Of It All - Scratch the Surface
those are all albums but this list wouldn't be complete without the ultimate song for any soundtrack to an ass-kicking:

Fear's "The Record" is also pretty angry. But funny, too. So it's a toss up.
In addition to your grand suggestions, I now have, Peste Noire, five finger death punch, brujeria, Overkill (how the fuck could I have forgotten them?!), Marduk, Sodom (also a band I'm ashamed to not have thought of, Marduk, Feindflug, and Scorpion Violente (a fucking fantastic band. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4UaJriF-kNc (vaguely nsfw)) .
Awesome.

Brujeria is awesome! So is Sodom.
I gotta ask, though...
FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH? WTF? YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE INCLUDED SEETHER OR STAIND.

It's soft enough for the other guys at the gym to not turn my player off when I'm blasting it over the speakers. Usually they play mtallica and wasp.
You might also want to check out Foetus.
Fuck. Foetus. I've forgotten alla bout them. Needs to go on the list.
Sepultura - Chaos A.D. is a pretty solid gym album. Plus, you know... Chaos!
I almost added that one to my list but I decided I was already veering too far into mid-90s nostalgia. :lulz:

Rammstein would probably be well tolerated
