Yes, but they carry more diseases than is strictly reasonable.

I mean, this is just ridiculous. What kind of animal even IS this?

A completely absurd one, is the answer.

"North Carolina".  My son is stationed there, and there are two NCs.  That congresswoman comes from the THIRD one.

She's too dumb to realize that other women aren't as dumb as she is.

Or she's cynically playing to the crowd.

I can't decide which is worse.

I think the cynic bears more than the idiot. Neither is good, idiots apparently stapled Jesus to a stick. He said 'Father forgive' because they didn't know what they were doing. In his estimate they were morons... or he exaggerated (a lie) to I guess get his Father to ease off bro.

Point is folly is more forgivable than malice I think. But why chance it?

Shudder.

On a more pleasant note, while Oregon lacks javelina, we do have these majestic creatures:

Adorable! And toughly the size of trucks.

Ok, that looks tasty.

They're quite dangerous and the meat needs to be cooked thoroughly due to the diseases they tend to carry, but feral swine are good eatin'. I've considered getting a gun and a license. And a bigger freezer.
