The glory days of yesteryear
Have not only fizzled out
But imploded
We founded a new nation
Free from religion.
Now we're building a theocracy
We fought a war for freedom and independence
Now we fight a war for dominion and commercial dependence
We were led by great geniuses
Now we are ruled by evil stooges.
Our American fireworks
Have become bombs.
Our freedom
Is bound.
In a topsy turvy world,
Can we reclaim our true patriotism
By way of dissent?
IF THAT'S A POEM, IT'S A GOOD ONE.
RAH!

don't you know that slavery is freedom, boy?
Slavery is only freedom for the puppet masters.
