I love how for us it's just the state itself

Mild rant ahead:

We have a budget. I told you how much there was available after taking out necessities.
First thing you do is blow past that budget (80 doesn't just magically turn into 110). Ok, can work with that...not too much over. But absolutely nothing else can be spent. That was agreed on. And repeatedly reinforced when anyone else wanted something.

then YOU decided that well....we are running out of this and this and this so go ahead and get some. Little more of that set aside money gone.
THEN you decided that more was needed. To the sum of 50 dollars. Because you were tired of what was here.

I don't want to hear a fucking complaint when come Friday we have even less than last time around after the needed things are paid  :argh!:

Kids still buy print media?
I mean, this newfangled internet thing lets me learn about firearms AND have all the content of nudie mags just the same...
The kids that don't have their own phone/computer/tablet do.

Totally out of the blue and I loved it!

Can't wait for the pdf :)

You had me through the Blade stuff and then it just seemed to go into nonsense  :?

I liked the music but I left as soon as it started up with the whole 'I bet you're just wondering what status updates you've missed' thing.

Are there really that many people that can't go 5 minutes (or whatever) without checking FB or Twitter?

Definitely the Sentimentalist.

There's at least 4 bags of stuff in my main EQ character's bank that is purely for nostalgia.

How does the ignore work? This is actually the first time I've felt the need to use such a function on a site.
Think I'm getting old.

edit: figured it out.

Notice on our door today.
Usually these things are about the bug guy coming and give what hours they are expected to show up.

This one just says that an AC company is coming. No time frame (so that means no running to the store or just out for a stroll that day) and no message about why they are coming.

I'm hoping this means that our AC unit is getting the cleaning it so desperately needs. Poor thing hasn't had a proper clearing in at least a decade.

It means he's going to professionally generate principle-centered expertise to aid in our energistically conceptualizing team driven technology and scalable bandwidth as a service which will add value to our users by compellingly customizing real-time materials to facilitate ubiquitous content delivery.
What the hell did all that mean? And why does it make me slightly afraid?

My papers always end up longer than I anticipated.

Overachiever.  :lulz:

I've never understood why some professors give lengths for a paper, anyway. A paper should be as long as it needs to be, and no longer.
Now my experience is only high school, but I hated that even then.
I put it right up there with proofs for math. I mean if I can show you how to get the answer in 3 steps why do I have to try and figure out how to stretch it into 10?
(proofs were one of the things that almost made me fail math one year, my brain just doesn't work that way)

People are already doing firecrackers and poppers.
Seems they've shown some restraint this year. Last year it started at 9am.

my brain needs to just shut up now.
I do not need people from my high school days suddenly in my dreams. especially a certain person. as happy as it would be to see them, it's not something I can handle.

stupid brain.
