Awesome.  Bookmarked.

The above link is "Any Day Now" by Cop Shoot Cop.

If I could, I would make it required listening.

I would call you a beautiful human being, but you've transcended both humanity and beauty.

BTW: It sounds more 7/16 than 7/4 (the lower number denotes the dominant note length, which to me sounds like a semi-quaver (16th note))

Thanks again

Can't remember the name of the song or the band. Heard it on the radio one day. But the theme to it went along the lines of "One of these days I'm gonna..."

One of the lines caught my attention:

"One of these days I'm gonna sell my soul and then they'll realise what they've bought."

Anyone recognise it?

Cop Shoot Cop, from the album Release, interscope records, 1995.

One of my favorite bands, one of my favorite albums, one of my favorite songs.

Singer/bassist Tod A then went on to form Firewater, another one of my favorite bands.
[...]
Also, the song is in 7/4.
Ahh, many thanks. Please excuse the lateness of this response.

Just in case you haven't seen it--the barstool experiment carried out (thanks for the pointer, Lysergic).
QuoteThis X-ray image shows the leg of a chair embedded into the eye socket of a Melbourne teenager who miraculously survived a random attack outside a city nightclub earlier this year.
