QuoteAs a swede, I got an urge to correct above poster.

Concerning swedish taxes:
For someone who makes 0- 18 200 swedish krones (0- 2 444 US dollars)/month, taxes = 0%
                                     18 200- 380 200 SEK (2 444- 51 052 US dollars)/month taxes is 31 %
                                     380 200- .... SEK (51 052-... US dollars/ month) taxes= 31 + 20 %

It works pretty well here.

Edit: spelling. (Shit, it still came out confusing.)

cool, thnx for the correction on the info.

that is income tax?

I understand there is a VAT there as well, where does that factor in to those #s or does it?

I made friends with a Swedish couple in mexico a few years back and we'd sit at a local bar and talk respective politics and policies, so I'm admittedly a bit rusty on your entire system.
Economy really isn't my subject, but as I remember it it is 6, 12 or 24 procent of the price (of something) without the VAT. (Companies only)
For private persons not owning a business of some sort, the original numbers is all there is.

Critical thinking cannot be taught; it's a point of awareness that an individual must reach himself.

Because, as long as there is a teacher, there will always be a certain conclusion that the teacher hopes his pupils will reach. The pupils who pulls of the "right " critical thinking (thinks within the norms) will get the better grade.

To think critical is not hard, when it's done on demand, after a pattern. This kind of critical thinking will then become just what the old uncritical thinking was.
It's a contradiction.

QuoteIn a system in which we teachers do the grading, few students are going to criticize or even question the ideas we offer; and if we try to induce criticism by grading for it, we generate false criticism.

Since this topic was originally for troll questions.. First of all, excuse my lack of knowledge. I first came in contact with discordia the day before yesterday.

1. Why is (the relation between) chaos + order important?
2. What does discodianism say about the existentialistic questions? How and by who/what was the earth created? What are there after death?
3. How many discordians are there?
4. Who/ What created chaos, or has it always existsted?
5. What do discordians consider be chaos in their every day life?
How do discodianism infect your daily life?
6. Do you believe in discordianim like one can believe in christianity? Are you dead certain about Eris having the role as the christian's god?
7. Why do you relate to Eris?

If you only answer one question or answer them by linking to another page it would be quite helpful as well.
