Cell" terrorist pot growers planted a "bomb," took "hostages," and "commandeered" a major dam to "free" an imprisoned comrade. The exercise took 18 months to plan and cost $500,000. Marijuana advocates thought it was kinda stupid. No word if the "terrorists" were giggling

I just think this goes to show how chaotic our whole bureaucracy is. It has the image of an organized structure, but when you get inside its nothing but a disaster. The government is so scared of cannabis and its own people. It is too prevalently displayed in the governments behavior to ignore. If there was such a "pot affiliated" terrorist group, what would be their names, and what would be their Signature Weapon?
