Please produce your Pope card for inspection.

The Illuminati census deadline is in 23 hours, and the cyborg census agents are getting cranky.

I scanned it three times while farting the theme to mission impossible.  I thought that covered the census.

the fact that we're even discussing this proves that he accomplished his goal

sure he can say he's sorry after the fact, but lie or not, he just skewed the discussion along this "documentation" angle

it's the right wing hijacking the discourse by putting their balls on the table again. What has been seen can't be unseen. Now all we can talk about is those balls.

Now you're getting it!  That's what I'm talking about!  He just changed everyones discussion from "Well I have problems with that speech."  Or "Wow, I can see clearly now, the scales have been lifted."  To a discussion of "Well that was unexpected, what a jerkface."  WOOHOO!!  I love that guy, he's great!  Politics would be so much better with a little randomness.

Prolly a Daruko alt.
Earning his bread tho.

Nope!

what's a Daruko?  Is it tasty and crunchy with catsup?

I R Teh Halfbaked1, They called me Halfbaked for my ideas that I didn't know were Erisian until I learned to dig the Principia Discordia, so I started using the name as a badge of honour.  As long as THEY see me as being some Halfbaked pseudo philosopher then they never realize that bit by lil bit I am showing them what's behind the curtain.  And by the time that someone realizes that they have had their lil minds re-coded it's too late and they can't go back to thinking like all the sheep around them.

i always said that if one were to study war then one would grasp the truths of the world.  Nice to know I am on track a little.

besides...who doesn't like sausages?  I mean unless you take into account the amount of fecal matter and insects that fall into the average industrial sausage press.

If we were relevent then there would be no need for us.  We are Discordians, Eris is our main squeeze because she was not considered relevent, she was considered disruptive and outside the norm.  The question should be more along the lines of, "Should we be worried about becoming relevent?"  I mean, to me relevence means that someone recognizes the movement as a movement, and THEY should see us as "Lone Gunmen" so to speak.  If we were a movement we would be a target for disruption and removal.  Sure we hang out on the forum and have a bit of a giggle at the expense of the Thudians, but THEY don't see that as a threat.

Any group that opposes the status quo becomes a threat.  But individuals are ignored for the most part while they quietly rewrite the worlds code to bring some small enlightenment to the ones who can turn their brains on to what the deal is with the unreality of reality.

Holy shit.

:mittens: :potd: :mittens:

How am I supposed to hate new people when they post shit like this?  :crankey:

You'll find a way, I have faith.

I hate him for that.  :argh!:

I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT

Gotta say that it was a true Erisian moment, like Eris poked him in the ass with a golden thumbtack at just the right moment.  I applauded him when I heard it, it doesn't matter if I believe him or not, it was a beautiful moment.

This is good input, and exactly what I needed.  I kinda live in a vaccuum when it comes to being an Anarchist and a Discordian, I appear to be all by my lil self here in Crimson Tide country.  I do happen to believe in a form of government, but not one where the Fed is as strong as the one we have now is, and there is more state control and regional government than Big Brother.  This is the point of my views on Discord and chaos as well.  The order and disorder exist together yet apart, there will always be both as long as there are humans to put things into neat lil columns.  So I want to throw a monkey in the wrench and see how the government handles some good old fashioned madness in their order soup.

I recently read Collapse, I forget who wrote it, but it was a riveting good read about the collapse of civilizations in general.  I am terrible at remembering authors these days, but if someone would point me at some good material I would certainly appreciate it.

I liked Reagan, he wanted to put lasers innnn spaaaaaace.  Not just wimpy comm lasers, but zap-u-dead ones that would blow up missles and planes, and toasters.

That said, glad his reign ended with Bush sr.

...what do i say if asked by an Aneris just where I'm at?

And by that lymric I mean where do most Discordians consider the groups views in the Aneris point of view?  Liberal or Conservative?  I am more an anarchist, and could care less about the two distinctions, but I was curious how you lot might answer such a thing.

My plan is to simply say "Mu"

All true, I am a very new Discordian and I honestly have no idea what the whole thing is aside from one statement in the Principia, "Reality is the original Rorschach Test."  I am an artist and one of the things they taught us was to make still lifes by visualizing a graph over the object you are reproducing and the blank page you are transcribing to, pertaining to how various cultures view reality through a window overlaid with a graph.  Being a martial artist i had used visualization often so all that was not a big stretch for me.  Now, I have never done drugs so I am at sea about what it is like, but I can say that if your mind is free enough and you understand visualization then there are no end to the vistas and the concepts that you can experience and delve into.

I am proud of you for beating drugs into submission man, it's a cool trip to know that you have done something alot of people say can't be done.  The way I see it, you don't need em anymore mate.  Your conciousness is expanded, you have seen what that path held and now you can take another.  I have never really considered my Discordianism occult like, I rather see it as finding the big cosmic joke that THEY never see cause they choose not to free their minds.

I could care less about politicality (is that a word?, if not i copyright it now), I am a strong Consituionalist here in the states.  What does that mean in this case?  It means that he was convicted of a crime and sentenced, he gets cancer, he's going to die, this in no way mitigates his sentence.  He deserves no comfort and solace as he gave none to those he killed.

But as long as this was done according to Scottish law then other nations have no right to say a bloody thing about it.  Clinton is a screeching harpy who is trying to make as big a splash as possible so she can make another run at the Presidency.  And if she were to win, then I seriously have to consider relocating to another country.  Always wanted a female president...but not HER.

Don't wanna get flamed, but i am definitely against any bill that has not been properly read and examined by the people elected to do that job.  If the folks in the Senate don't want to do that job then someone whould be found who want a shot at it.
