Today, I got told that the term "ladyboner" is transphobic and cissexist.

By someone who apparently is unaware that clitorises become engorged when the clitoris owner is sexually aroused, and thinks that only people with penises get boners.

Pro-tip; Transpeople absolutely adore it when people get offended for us. It's our favorite thing. We love being told that we don't like certain terms and being made the victim of crimes we didn't even know were being committed.

Silly me.  I always thought QED was a Feynman thing.  So I looked it up and I found this under "entanglement":

How does that prove anything about Clinton and Trump? Even if that was a proper or workable equivalency, they are seperate individuals who happened to have been a part of the same party. That's like saying "George W Bush ended the Civil War. QED, Abraham Lincoln."

I think my mom might be voting for Trump

She shared a post that was super positive about Trump and hasn't responded to my point blank question. We were planning on visiting family for the holidays, but now I don't want to risk having wasted my time to find out my parents are ok with the worse parts of the US.

Just found out my aunts are both Trumping it up. Fuck 'em with a rake, mom never liked her sisters anyway.

My grandmama is very quietly supporting Trump, but I think that's only because her husband (a sociopath who has, no joke, thrown a cat across a room for jumping on a table) is very loudly supporting Trump. 

I dunno, a good 90% of it is me writing emails.

If the other 10% is Jason Bourne shit, it's still a winner.

In other news, Windows 10 has recently decided to minimize any software I'm using to tell me I need updates or that I need to buy the newest Office.

I don't know anything about Windows 10, but Windows 7 does the exact thing you describe, and it can be turned off.  Somewhere in the Automatic Updates config is an option to turn off the notifications.

Also, if you look at your services (type "services.msc" in the Run menu if there is one somewhere), you can disable any with the word "office" in the name.

My gf uses Windows 7 to play League of Legends (has an annoying bug in Linux) and the same thing you talk about used to interrupt her game right in the middle all the time and get her character killed.

Stupid behaviour that should not be default!

Last major update removed the ability to turn off updates. Windows 10 is an Orwellian nightmare AND it has still has no ddate function
