The loudest voice for legalization is the burnouts who, themselves, are the nearest thing there is to an argument for keeping it illegal. Kinda like if alcohol was illegal and the loudest voice was the alcoholics.

My guess is the average smoker is someone like myself who, although they believe it should be legal, doesn't really give enough of a fuck to do anything about it, given that it's readily available and carries little to no risk of being arrested for doing. I tend to bitch and whine a bit when a good local dealer gets busted but I have more important things to sort out than convincing a bunch of retarded fuckheads that I should be allowed to do something I'm effectively allowed to do anyway.
