Just imagine if Gore had won in 2000 and 2004.  Bets on Joe Liberman being next in line for the Presidency, as opposed to simply the biggest pain in the arse in the Senate?

More emphasis on multi-lateralism, maybe.  Guantanamo would probably still exist, or something like it, but it would be much less obvious.

I'm assuming, of course, that the only change is the Presidency, and that Congress is still in control of the GOP.
