The guy with the two leopard heads shooting the lasers was ripped from Alejandro Jodorowsky's The Holy Mountain. It's a trippy movie about occultism, the Tarot, what have you, made in 1973. Except in the movie that guy was shooting milk out of the leopard heads, not lasers, if I recall correctly.
