The concept of territory

Inadequate explanation of my original idea: players who perform a prank in a certain area "claim" that territory. If another cabal decides they want to pull off a prank in that territory, they need to spend a certain number of points they've acquired through other pranks in order to declare a "challenge." They must then perform a prank on that territory in order to claim it themselves.

Pros: the idea of claiming territory motivates some people, leads to escalating weirdness as cabals try to outdo each other and reclaim territory, invites an element of strategy since some territories might be better for certain missions than others

Cons: only really makes sense on a smallish geographical scale, like a college campus or a city.
