TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

I've never seen Lord of War, but Blood Diamond was brilliant.  I used to think De Caprio was another idiot pretty-boi actor, but in this he plays the Rhodesian mercenary quite well, even down to accent.  And the depictions of how the "rebels" basically mass murder villages was brutally realistic, for Hollywood.  That the plot pissed off De Beers made it all the better.

I saw a preview for Blood Diamond...must see it.

And Leonardo diCaprio grew up quite a bit in the past 10 years or so film wise. Big time.

I can't.  I actually work with a South African, and DiCaprio's accent is awful.  I'd just want to hurl things at the screen.

I'm trying to psyche myself up to watching that thing he's in with Matt Damon.

...You mean The Departed? Or is this something knew I'm not aware of yet?

He's not South African in the film.  And its much better than most American actors.

Pretty cool, getting on Yahoo news.  Must suck being in Iraq though.

I can only imagine so, but y'know, I can't help but think this was a distinct danger when he first even signed up for the military.

Anyone ever think about how Richter inhabits the same reality as you and just scream and scream and scream, but in a good way?   :lulz:
