Saw it once, he talked about his book and kept talking about ways in which we can be more "pleasant" or whatever.  Then played bass with his band.

I'm not sure if the show is ever about politics

I remember seeing him on the daily show once, and a few other debates.

His manner was so cordial/unoffensive that I nearly forgot that he was speaking the words of a barbarian.  He was simply a good salesman.
