Some background:  I wrote this while dealing with those whose stated intent was to "help" us while my husband was in the hospital a couple of months ago getting chemo.  However...their help caused me more effort.  It eased their angst, but the people they were supposedly trying to comfort were instead made nuts with frustration which quickly turned to hateful hostility after repeated attempts to get them to knock it the hell off were ignored.  Because they had the self-assuming know-it-all trump card of "good intentions."

I don't give a blind fuck if you do something you perceive is good despite the fact the outcome is bad and you still see yourself as some kind of do-gooder.  No.  You're a fuckup.  Plain, simple.  Admit it and right the wrong, or you're still a fuckup.

That's how I'll ever see it, at least from THIS side of the issue.
