it's kind of arbitrary. I've had images pulled because they had a cockshaped squiggle in them. The filename "cameltoe.jpg" probably got their heckles up - certain words seem to draw moderator's attention. If you post to a private account and scramble the filename, stuff rarely gets pulled.
