and um, I don't really want to defend PurpleriS for being an asshole, so mind you I am not, but saying two faces that both happen to be black are ugly, is not necessarily bigoted. she didnt say they were ugly because they were black did she? Because personally, bigoted or not, I absolutely can't stand this kind of atitude. Except for one of my favourite social sports, being "taking the piss out of someone in way that is obvious to anyone except the target". I love that game.

You said you didn't want to defend her for being an asshole, but the rest of your post did seem to be defending her from my accusation that she's a bigot. I think that when the two avatars she singles out as being "ugly" happen to be the ONLY two black avatars on the board, and one of them happens to be Nina Simone, who is far from ugly, the correlation with overt bigotry is too strong to ignore.

PED is by far the ugliest person here, at least in the ways that matter.
