A very very weird bot/human.  It kept sending me PMs with a couple of phone numbers in it.  He said that he lives in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.

I've seen bots PM before.  We had one on here, actually.

But if they have only been sent to one person, then I err on the side of human.  Not least because I'd be interested to know how the Principia is going down in sub-Saharan Africa.

If I had to guess, I would say it selects a few random board members and sends them PMs. Considering there are far more registered members than there are active posters, Iason may be the only one it sent PMs to that is around to tell us about it.
