Okay, this has been bugging me so I need to get some input, feedback, etc. 

Have you ever met your gender opposite/doppleganger?  Someone who has so many similarities to you with the glaring exception of reproductive organs and the like?  I think I'm working with mine.  Like, working next door to mine.  This woman is the same age as me.  She has similar mannerisms.  We're both cocky yet reserved.  For christ sakes she has a brown pin-striped suit that looks identical to mine.  There are other things but I won't bore you with the details.  I'm sure I'm reading too much into this and it's probably a Law of 5s thing too.

Any of you ever experience anything like this?

I haven't met mine, but that's because most Irish people are pale. If I was in Greece I'm sure I'd see plenty of doppelgangers.

An old buddy / mentor figure of mine once told me, "There are only about 20 or 30 people in the world.  They jsut change costume REAL quick"  

This holds true sometimes, you may meet someone and KNOW them.  Like you've met them before, just not that specific itteration.
I haven't met as perfect of a copy of myself as RWHN has, but I def. get the sense of farmiliarity every time I run into someone else who shares the mad scientist tendencies.

It's not just how we look or act either.  Our lives have followed similar patterns.  Both married around the same time.  We've been home owners for the same period of time.  We both horrible navigators.  I've even discovered that we both briefly lived in the same Maine city for approximately the same period of time.  Again, I know this is like Law of 5 stuff in action, it's just kinda weird how much overlap there is.
