I read it on pd.com, but I want to download a copy.

The links furnished on the site led to dead ends.

Anyone have a copy/knows where to find one? I would really appreciate it :)

sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but i feel i've searched exhaustively enough to make my request here.  i'm looking for a PDF of BIP 2.0 in booklet form.  i can't find that shit anywhere - everything that was hosted on cwyohba.org is gone.  i wanna put em in my shrink's office.  good shit.  thank you muches!
