No, I have not.  I failed to correct a misconception (deception).  Currently you're prevaricating.  There are a wide variety of ways in which people are dishonest that aren't lies; the difference can be important.

Plus there's the gradual expansion of the accusation.  It's a good technique.  I'll have to work that into the fallacies page at some point.
