Ok, so it's not a governor but the losing candidate for Lt.Governor just got out of a public intoxication charge by claiming immunity because he is a state legislator and you can't arrest a state legislator while Legislature is in session.  Only problem is that he hasn't been a legislator for more than a year.  Or yeah, there was a hot 21 year old in the car too.
