believe it or not, equal parts jagermeister, rumplemintz, and southern comfort (100 proof) tastes pretty good as a shot (i wouldn't drink too many of them, though)

recently, i had what is called a wisconsin lunch box and it was really good:

get one of those "_____" bomb cups (see picture) that has the shot glass in the middle.  fill the shot part with amaretto and the outside part with equal parts beer and orange juice.  sounds like it would be terrible, but it was one of the most delicious drinks i've ever had.

mojitos or white russians are my favourite non-beer drinks.

white russians are easiest (kahlua+vodka+milk equal portions)

mojito = sugar, mint leaves, lime, crushed ice, rum, soda water. in that order. crush the mint leaves, press out the lime parts with your fingers but throw in the entire piece (3-4x 1/8th of a lime), mash up the stuff with a spoon or other device, then add the crushed ice and two shots rum, top with soda water. use a straw when drinking.
