It saddens me that I have to say this, but...
if you are depressed, lonely, or mentally unstable, you should probably keep a lid on it. While there are some sympathetic ears out there, others will assume it is a lie or attention gambit. This community is not exactly known for its sensitivity. In fact, expect beatings.

It saddens me that I have to say this, but...
if you are depressed, lonely, or mentally unstable, you should probably not try to be passive agressive, brag about it, or automatically expect sympathy.

Fixed.  The people on this board who are depressed or mentally unstable do talk about it, but in ways other than that of an attention whore.

And hell, we're all lonely.

this is not the best place to reach out for help. if you're new to the board, and you mention that you're suicidally depressed, there's a high chance it'll be interpreted as attention whoring and somebody's going to flame you about it. Just warning you in advance.
