It sounds very similar to Badger  (being the language of the furry, burrowing creatures from Fall River.  not to be confused with other posters here.)

Going trolling mixing up this with Darmok or Glossia (Idiomatic / memetic reference communication) could be fun.  What could we do with it aside from openly passing messages between said trolls or confusing people?
