Nice! I'm getting an Arduino Mega soon. This would go great with my Grand Galactic Inquisitor costume I've been thinking of making. No chance in hell that I'll have either done in time for Halloween this year though.  :sad:

I'll need to dig, it's in my OLD files.  (Basically tone generation with a 555 timer and a tweeter.)  It's highly specific depending on your elvel of hearing range and hearing damage, but for an industrial setting a common level of tinitus could be assumed and worked with.
