it's a disgrace, that the bama can get a peace prize from a group for apologizing for the US to the tyrants, dictators and truly evil people in the world.
He is a sad excuse for the president of the United States. I know as a country we can do better than him and will do better than him. This should be a wake up call to all Americans to realize we have Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney, and whole lot of others who would be a 1000 times better than the current dufus in chief.

I wonder, if in reality, Obama is actually kind of pissed that he got the award.  I mean, he knows people are going to go to town with this.  I just looked at a poll on MSNBC and over 50% of the respondents said he didn't deserve it.  MSNBC.

I definitely agree.  But he's in a box.  He can't turn it down.  Which means his handlers are going to have to concoct the story line to lend credibility to the thing.  I guess the one silver-lining for him is that maybe he can use this as a smokescreen to pass his Health Care "Reform" package.

It seems like the Nobel Peace Prize have been kind of like the Grammys for a while now, most of the recent winners have been mere figureheads and U.N. cronies.  I agree that Obama hasn't actually done anything concrete, but at least he has some claim to it even though his contributions to world peace have really only symbolic.

That would be such a great silver lining if it actually happened.
