As the URL suggests, the videos purport to show aliens doing a bit of breaking and entering.  Why?  Not a clue.  At least on the X Files, they could do that thing with the white light and beam you out of the house.

A Mother who rushes into the street to save a child from a speeding vehicle. A person who runs into a burning building to reach a family trapped on the upper story. Such actions,such moments,such unconscious selfless decisions,define what it is to be human

I would guess the weird lights to be the aleeuns. Except it acts more like a flashlight.
