What if you have the cocaine vaccine?  Some people get sick and die from vaccinations, I would hate to die because a cop sprayed me as I left the clinic.

I am pretty sure the smallpox vaccine is actually cowpox .  It can still fuck you up, and is closely enough related that it works as a vaccine.   Coke vaccine might be closely enough related to cause death if the cop is having a pissy day.

yes, but cocaine is not a disease like smallpox. that technically makes this cocaine vaccine not really a vaccine btw. but ... I'd say you read up on wikipedia what a vaccine usually is.
