i'll start, chili and cheese (cheddar or red lester)
try it on toast makes a good snack, also since people have different preferences the hotnessness of the chili can be varied, from your bog standard jalapeño to scotch bonnets, habaneros and nagas.
i love spicy food.

I'm not saying these things are "weird" (whatever that may be), but I don't see them often and I like them.

Dark chocolate with chilis

Dark Chocolate with curry

White meats cooked with red wines and vice/versa

Oreos dipped in hummus

i don't find jalapeños spicy anymore  :wink:
