Just saw this over at hulu. I normally don't find Jimmy Fallon very funny at all, but he does a pretty fair Neil Young impression that succeeded in making me laugh at the Jimmy Fallon show for the first time ever.  As for all you European types who can't get hulu, what can I say except you're just SOL on this video [edit maybe this one will work for you].
