Oh Freeky, I has question about that damned freelance webdesign project that's still not done, but should have been done a year ago.

What is the outlook on that?

Will it be slow and dragged out and horrible or will I be just relaxing and chilling and working on it or perhaps will I finally get a break and make a huge spurt of activity and finish the stupid thing really soon like?

Any advice on making the latter option be more likely?

10  6 of Cups rev

From the 9 of wands, I am guessing that either you're sick right now, or you're not really prepared for this project, but from the 10 of cups I gather your personal relationships are doing good, and possibly someone might be encouraging you in your work. The four of pents suggests you were asking because you just got something that reminded you of this project. It also points to you having had money in mind when asking, maybe?
