Yeah you're right, its not as if the guy in the chicken suit is unaware of the Prof anyway. The only way to deny him his dex bonus would be to flank him, which is impossible in a 1v1 scenario. Besides, its unlikely that the Prof has Sneak Attack anyway, so its kind of pointless.

Depends, I'd say your average prof probably has at least two or three levels of expert, whereas your average collage student is a level one commoner. So I'd say 300 or so sounds about right, depending on the Profs level.
