I'm going with the retro 80's kewlness of "Vice City". Kewl Cars, Music, My own Mansion, Golf Course on the Doorstep,  lotsa hawt chix,  The Lance Vance Dance, and the Awesome Lovefist!  Even my own Porn Studo. I'll have to learn how to swim though.

I thought vice city was the high point of the GTA series, San Andreas is great, but slightly too complicated, I just want to blow shit up.

Yeah, I love San An too, but it didn't have the polish, or the cocaine sparkle of Vice City. And all that dry, dusty,  West Coast heat makes me kinda crazy.
